Returns & Exchanges
Exchange Policy
At MOVVA, we currently do not offer returns. However, we do provide exchanges under the following conditions:
Eligibility
• Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
• The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
• Original tags must be intact
• Items must be in original condition
Exchange Options
You can exchange your product for:
• Size
Exchange Processing Time
• Exchanges may take 7-10 working days to complete
• Timelines may vary depending on product availability and stock
Important Guidelines
• Only one exchange per product is allowed
• No exchanges on discounted items
• Exchange will be processed only after inspection and approval by our team
• Products sent without prior approval or intimation will not be eligible for exchange
Damaged or Defective Product
If you receive a faulty product:
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Share clear images of the issue
Once verified, we will initiate the exchange.
